BUILDING (GENERAL) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2015 (NO 1) (NO 17 OF 2015) - REG 15A

    (1)     This section applies to an application for building approval in relation to affected residential premises if the owner has an asbestos contamination report for the premises required under the Dangerous Substances (General) Regulation 2004

, section 342.

    (2)     The application must include a copy of the asbestos contamination report.

    (3)     In this section:

"affected residential premises"—see the Dangerous Substances (General) Regulation 2004

, section 337.

"asbestos contamination report"—see the Dangerous Substances (General) Regulation 2004
