15A     Asbestos contamination identification report—Act, s 26 (3)

    (1)     This section applies to an application for building approval in relation to affected residential premises if the owner has an asbestos contamination identification report for the premises required under the Dangerous Substances (General) Regulation 2004

, section 341.

    (2)     The application must include a copy of the asbestos contamination identification report.

    (3)     In this section:

"affected residential premises"—see the Dangerous Substances (General) Regulation 2004
