BUSINESS FRANCHISE (TOBACCO AND PETROLEUM PRODUCTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 10 OF 1987) - REG 2

2. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended:

        (a)     by adding at the end of paragraph (2) (a) “or”;

        (b)     by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) “or”;

        (c)     by omitting from paragraph (2) (c); and

        (d)     by omitting subregulation (3).
