BUSINESS FRANCHISE (TOBACCO AND PETROLEUM PRODUCTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 10 OF 1987) - REG 3

3. Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended:

        (a)     by omitting paragraph (1) (d);

        (b)     by omitting from subregulation (2) all the words after “commencing” and substituting “on the first day of each month and ending on the last day of the same month”; and

        (c)     by inserting before paragraph (3) (a) the following paragraphs:

    “(aa)     the name and address of the person from whom the tobacco was purchased and, if known, the address from which the tobacco was delivered;

        (ab)     the date of the purchase;

        (ac)     the quantity and value of each brand of tobacco purchased;

        (ad)     the address to which and the date on which the tobacco was delivered;

        (ae)     the quantity and value of each brand of tobacco purchased;”.
