BUSINESS FRANCHISE (TOBACCO AND PETROLEUM PRODUCTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 10 OF 1987) - REG 4

4. Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after subregulation (2) the following subregulation:

“(2A) The details of the motor spirit and diesel fuel sold each day shall include the reading as at:

        (a)     if the business operates 24 hours a day—the beginning of each day; or

        (b)     in any other case—the beginning of business each day;

of any meter through which the motor spirit or diesel fuel was passed for the purpose of ascertaining the volume sold.”.
