BUSINESS FRANCHISE (TOBACCO AND PETROLEUM PRODUCTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 15 OF 1987) - REG 2

2. Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended:

        (a)     by adding at the end of subregulation (2) the following paragraph:

    “(d)     the total value of sales of tobacco made by each tobacco vending machine in each period referred to in paragraph (c).”; and

        (b)     by omitting paragraph (3) (ae).
