BUSINESS FRANCHISE (TOBACCO AND PETROLEUM PRODUCTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 15 OF 1987) - REG 3

3. Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is amended:

        (a)     by omitting paragraph (1) (e); and

        (b)     by inserting after subparagraph (3) (v) the following subparagraph:

    “(va)     in the case of the sale of diesel fuel—whether the sale was to the holder of an exemption certificate, and if so, the identifying number in respect of the certificate.”.
