CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) REGULATION 2009 (NO 4 OF 2009) - REG 5

    (1)     Section 3 expires on the commencement of the Act, chapter 21.

    (2)     The remainder of this regulation expires on the expiry of the Act, part 27.7.
