CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) REGULATION 2009 (NO 4 OF 2009) - REG 4

The Act, section 969, definition of repealed Act applies as if it read as follows:

‘"repealed Act " means the Children and Young People Act 1999 , as in force immediately before its repeal.

Note     The application of the repealed Act, ch 10 (Employment of children and young people) is continued (see the Children and Young People (Transitional Provisions) Regulation 2009 , s 3).'
