CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 41) - REG 4

    For subsection 133 (2) of the Act, the following States are declared to have enacted legislation dealing with the interstate transfer of young offenders:

        (a)     New South Wales;

        (b)     Victoria;

        (c)     Queensland.
