CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 41) - REG 5

    An application to register an agreement under section 175 (which deals with registration of family group conference agreements) of the Act must—

        (a)     ask that the agreement be registered; and

        (b)     list anyone who took part in the conference but did not sign the agreement.
