CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 41) - REG 6

    An application for a warrant under section 270 (which deals with warrants for taking a child or young person into safe custody) of the Act must—

        (a)     state the name of the applicant; and

        (b)     describe the order that has been contravened; and

        (c)     describe the situation that has led to the making of the application.
