CIVIL LAW (SALE OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2015 (NO 1) (NO 18 OF 2015) - REG 10A

Required document—Act, s 9 (1) (k)

    (1)     This section applies in relation to a sale of residential property if—

        (a)     affected residential premises are covered by the proposed contract; and

        (b)     the owner has an asbestos contamination identification report for the premises required under the Dangerous Substances (General) Regulation 2004

, section 341.

    (2)     A copy of the asbestos contamination identification report is prescribed.

    (3)     In this section:

"affected residential premises"—see the Dangerous Substances (General) Regulation 2004

, section 337.

    (1)     This section applies in relation to a sale of residential property if—
