CORPORATIONS LAW RULES 2000 (2000 NO 16) - REG 54

Powers delegated to liquidator by the court (s 488 of the Law)

    Subject to the Corporations Law, these rules and any order of the court, the powers and functions given to the court by Part 5.4B of the Law in relation to the matters mentioned in subsection 488 (1) of the Law may be exercised by a liquidator appointed by the court as an officer of the court and subject to the control of the court.
