COOPERATIVES REGULATIONS 2003 (NO 22 OF 2003) - REG 47

In the provisions of the Corporations Act applied by the Act or these regulations:

"Court" means the Supreme Court.

"prescribed form" means a form approved for the particular purpose under the Act, section 466.
