I, ALLAN CLYDE HOLDING, the Minister of State for the Arts and Territories, hereby make the following Regulation under the Electricity and Water Ordinance 1988.

Regulation 117 of the Canberra Sewerage and Water Supply Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (d) the following paragraphs:

“(da) a refusal by the Engineer under paragraph 100A (1) (a) to grant a permit referred to in regulation 100;

(db) a refusal by the Engineer to approve a device under paragraph 100A (2) (b);”.
