Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(a) by adding at the end of subregulation (1) “in which he or she shall enter the prescribed particulars in relation to each child for whom care is being provided at the child care centre and any change in those particulars”;
(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) all the words from and including “An” to and including “centre:” and substituting “For the purposes of subregulation (1), the prescribed particulars are—”; and
(c) by adding at the end the following subregulation and penalty:
“(3) It shall be sufficient compliance with the requirements of subregulation (1), if the licensee—
(a) enters in the register the prescribed particulars in relation to a child that have been supplied by a parent of that child and which the licensee reasonably believes to be correct;
(b) enters in the register any change in a prescribed particular which he or she reasonably believes to have occurred, whether on information supplied by a parent of the relevant child or otherwise; and
(c) corrects any error in the particulars entered in the register of which he or she becomes aware.
Penalty: $200.”.
