CHILDREN'S SERVICES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 6 OF 1989) - REG 3

        (a)     by inserting after “or” in paragraph (2) (e) “the symptoms of the”;

        (b)     by omitting paragraph (2) (f) and substituting the following paragraph:

    “(f)     if the child is found to be suffering from an infectious disease or a notifiable disease—the name of the disease;”; and

        (c)     by adding at the end the following penalty:

“Penalty: $200.”.
