DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) REGULATION 2010 (NO 12 OF 2010) - REG 223

Offence—fail to comply with licence condition

    (1)     A licensee commits an offence if the licensee fails to comply with a condition of his or her licence.

Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
