Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A person who was an authorised officer under the Road Transport Reform (Dangerous Goods) Act 1995 (Cwlth) immediately before the commencement day, is taken to be an authorised person under the Act until the end of 3 months after the commencement day (unless the person's appointment as an authorised officer would have earlier ended).
(2) This section expires 3 months after the commencement day.
(3) In this section:
"commencement day "means the day the Dangerous Goods (Road Transport) Act 2009 , section 196 commences.
