"blasting permit", for a blasting operation at premises, means a licence issued for this part authorising the operation at the premises as stated in the blast plan for the licence.
"blast plan", for division 2.9.4 (Blasting permits)—see regulation 189.
Note A blast plan forms part of the safety management system for a blasting operation authorised by a blasting permit (see [reg #] ).
"shotfirer" means a person who holds a shotfirer licence.
"shotfirer licence", for explosives, means a licence issued for this part authorising the use of the explosives stated in the licence.
