Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) This regulation applies if these regulations are expressed to require information (including a notice or report) to be given to the fire commissioner or chief fire control officer, whichever is appropriate.
(2) If the information relates to explosives that may present a hazard or risk in a built-up area, the information must be given to the fire commissioner.
(3) If the information relates to explosives that may present a hazard or risk outside a built-up area, the information must be given to the chief fire control officer.
(4) If the information relates to explosives that may present a hazard or risk both inside and outside a built-up area, the information must be given to both the fire commissioner and the chief fire control officer.
(5) In this regulation:
"built-up area "means a built-up area declared under the Bushfire Act 1936 ,
section 3.
