Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A shotfirer must ensure that the firing position is located at a point outside the range of, or is adequately shielded from, any missile or other blast effect that may be produced by the blast.
(2) In this regulation:
"firing position "means the position where the exploder or circuit switch is to be operated to fire the charge.
