Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) This part applies to the disposal of explosives other than defined general use fireworks.
(2) However, this part does not apply to the disposal of explosives by an inspector or police officer exercising a function under the Act.
(3) In this regulation:
"defined general use fireworks "means general use fireworks other than a quantity of more than 10kg of sparklers.
Note Sparklers are general use fireworks (see reg 259).
