Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered RegulationsThe holder of a consumer fireworks licence must ensure that all suppliers of consumer fireworks under the authority of the licence receive training in the following:
(a) the law about the supply of fireworks;
(b) the safe handling of fireworks;
(c) emergency procedures relating to the handling of fireworks.

1 restrictions on who may be supplied with consumer fireworks
2 the requirement to give authorised receipts to consumers to whom consumer fireworks are supplied
3 record-keeping requirements
