Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A person must not store a consumer firework under the licence otherwise than in a sealed package that complies with regulation 283 (Sealed packaging for consumer fireworks).
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
(2) A person must not do any of the following while a consumer firework is stored under the licence:
(a) open a sealed package containing the firework;
(b) pack or repack the firework.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
(3) An offence against this regulation is a strict liability offence.
