DOOR-TO-DOOR TRADING REGULATIONS (NO. 32 OF 1991)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Regulations may be cited as the Door-to-Door Trading Regulations.  
   2.      These Regulations commence on 1 January 1992.  
   3.      In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—“Act” means the Door-to-Door Trading Act 1991.  
   4.      (1) For the purpose of subparagraph 7 (1) (g) (i) of the Act, the prescribed form of the notice is Form 1 in the Schedule.
