1 Making of regulations
These regulations were made as part of the Construction Occupations
Legislation Amendment Act 2004 (see A2004-13 amdt 2.37 and sch 2) and are taken
to have been made under the Electricity Safety Act 1971 A1971-30 (see s 131 (1)
as ins by
A2004-13 amdt 2.37).
