FIREARMS REGULATIONS (NO. 13 OF 1997) - REG 25 25. (1) The Registrar may issue a permit for the acquisition, possession or use of a device commonly known as a powerhead if satisfied that the applicant's acquisition, possession or use of the device will be for an occupational purpose or for a marine recreational purpose.

FIREARMS REGULATIONS (NO. 13 OF 1997) - REG 25

25. (1) The Registrar may issue a permit for the acquisition, possession or use of a device commonly known as a powerhead if satisfied that the applicant's acquisition, possession or use of the device will be for an occupational purpose or for a marine recreational purpose.

(2) A permit to acquire, possess or use a device commonly known as a powerhead may authorise persons other than the applicant to acquire, possess or use the device and where it does so, each authorised person shall be specified in the permit.
