FIREARMS REGULATION 2008 (NO 55 OF 2008) - REG 54

The safety requirements are that the firearm—

        (a)     is not to be loaded; and

        (b)     is kept separate from any ammunition; and

        (c)     is transported in a secure way in the possession or control of a person on whose licence the firearm is registered.
