FIREARMS REGULATION 2008 (NO 55 OF 2008) - REG 55

Shortening firearms—Act, s 240 (2)

A firearm (other than a pistol) is taken to have been shortened only if it has the characteristics mentioned in the Act, section 250 (3) (a), (b) or (c).
