Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A licensee commits an offence if the licensee contravenes the code of practice, clause 13 (1) (which is about failing to sign a deed of exclusion if asked).
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) An offence against this regulation is an offence of strict liability.
