Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The licensee of a gambling facility commits an offence if the licensee contravenes the code of practice, clause 14.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) The licensee of a gambling facility must not use more force, or subject someone to greater indignity, than is necessary and reasonable to exclude the person from gambling at the facility.
(3) An offence against this regulation is an offence of strict liability.
