GAS SUPPLY REGULATIONS 1999 (NO 10 OF 1999) - REG 24

    A person must not supply or install a meter to measure, for revenue purposes, a quantity of gas supplied to a person, unless the meter has been tested, sealed and stamped by an authorised person.

Penalty:

        (a)     for an individual—10 penalty units;

        (b)     for a corporation—50 penalty units.
