HOUSING ASSISTANCE REGULATION 2008 (NO 7 OF 2008) - REG 3

The Act, section 101 is modified by inserting the following:

    (3A)     If immediately before 10 November 2007, a right or asset vested in the commissioner under the old Act, the right or asset vests in the housing commissioner.

    (3B)     If immediately before 10 November 2007, the commissioner under the old Act was under a liability or obligation, the liability or obligation attaches to the housing commissioner.

    (3C)     Subsections (3A) and (3B) and this subsection expire on 10 November 2008.
