HOUSING ASSISTANCE REGULATION 2008 (NO 7 OF 2008) - REG 4

The Act, part 10 is modified by inserting the following:

102A     Transitional—mentions of commissioner

    (1)     In an Act, an instrument made under an Act or document, a reference to the commissioner under the old Act is taken to be a reference to the housing commissioner.

    (2)     This section expires on 10 November 2008.
