LEGISLATION REGULATIONS 2003 (NO 17 OF 2003) - NOTES

Note 1     The Legislation Act contains definitions and other provisions relevant to this Act.

Note 2     In particular, the Legislation Act, dict, pt 1, defines the following terms:

              •     administrative unit

              •     commencement notice

              •     disallowable instrument

              •     Executive

              •     Minister

              •     notifiable instrument

              •     registrable instrument

              •     subordinate law

"appropriate person"—see the Act, section 61 (12).

"notification number", for part 2 (Notification of registrable instruments)—see regulation 5.
