LIQUOR REGULATIONS AMENDMENT (2000 NO 58) - REG 3

    Regulation 2 is amended by inserting the following definition:

“"beer" means liquor—

        (a)     that is beer, ale, lager, pilsener, porter, stout or any other fermented malt liquor or any fermented liquor made from hops; or

        (b)     that for the purposes of sale is held out to be beer.”.
