LIQUOR REGULATIONS AMENDMENT (2000 NO 58) - REG 4

    After regulation 3A the following regulation is inserted:

“ 3B      Sale of beer in glass bottles

    For subsections 45 (2), 47 (2), 48 (3) and 49 (2) of the Act, the sale of beer in glass bottles is not authorised between 12 noon and 11 pm on 31 December 2000.”.
