Regulations 1987 No. 16¹

I, MICHAEL CARTER TATE, the Minister of State for Justice, acting for and on behalf of the Attorney-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, in pursuance of section 8 of the Interpretation Ordinance 1967, hereby make the following Regulations under the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Ordinance 1982.
