MAGISTRATES COURT (WORK SAFETY INFRINGEMENT NOTICES) REGULATION 2009 (NO 47 OF 2009) - REG 12

Authorised people for infringement notice offences

An inspector may serve—

        (a)     an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence against the work safety legislation; and

        (b)     a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the work safety legislation.
