Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The Act, section 44 requires a person who is authorised to deal with a medicine to comply with any condition to which the authorisation is subject.

Section 31 sets out the authorisation conditions for an authorised person to prescribe a medicine.

(2) The conditions are additional to other restrictions on an authorised person's authority to deal with a medicine.

Schedule 1 limits the use of restricted optometry medicines (see sch 2, table 2.2) to an optometrist who holds a particular authority.

provisions of the Act including, for example, s 89 which sets out conditions
on licences.
