MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATION 2008 (NO 42 OF 2008) - REG 50

A person mentioned in schedule 1, column 2 is authorised to issue a requisition for a medicine if—

        (a)     issuing the requisition is included in the schedule, column 3 in relation to the person; and

        (b)     the issue of the requisition is consistent with any restriction for the issue of the requisition mentioned in the schedule, column 3.
