MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATION 2008 (NO 42 OF 2008) - REG 60

Authorisation under sch 1 to issue purchase orders for medicines—Act, s 38 (1) (b) and (2) (a)

A person mentioned in schedule 1, column 2 is authorised to issue a purchase order for a medicine if—

        (a)     issuing the purchase order is included in the schedule, column 3 in relation to the person; and

        (b)     the issue of the purchase order is consistent with any restriction for the issue of the purchase order mentioned in the schedule, column 3.
