A standing order under section 71 must include the following particulars:
(a) a description of the public health matter to which the order relates;
(b) the date of effect of the order and the date (not longer than 2 years after the date of effect) when the order ends;
(c) the clinical circumstances in which the medicine may be administered;
(d) a description of the people to whom the medicine may be administered;
(e) the medicine's approved name and, if applicable, brand name;

(f) if applicable, the form and strength of the medicine;
(g) the dose and route of administration;
(h) if applicable, the frequency of administration.
