I, ALLAN CLYDE HOLDING, the Minister of State for the Arts and Territories, hereby make the following Regulation under the Nurses Registration Ordinance 1933.

Repeal of Nursing Regulations

The following Regulations made under the Nurses Registration Ordinance 1933 are repealed:

(a) the Nursing Regulations (being regulations made on 6 February 1933 and notified in the Commonwealth Gazette on 9 February 1933);

(b) the regulations made on 27 February 1933 and notified in the Commonwealth Gazette on 2 March 1933;

(c) the regulations made on 18 June 1934 and notified in the Commonwealth Gazette on 21 June 1934;

(d) the regulations made on 16 October 1935 and notified in the Commonwealth Gazette on 24 October 1935;

(e) the regulations made on 15 December 1938 and notified in the Commonwealth Gazette on 22 December 1938; and

(f) Regulations 1967 No. 6, 1968 No. 11, 1971 No. 13, 1975 No. 32, 1976 No. 21 and 1981 Nos. 14 and 32.
