POISONS AND DRUGS REGULATIONS (NO. 15 OF 1993) - REG 4

4. For the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition of “recognised institution” in subsection 3 (1) of the Act, the following institutions are prescribed:

(a) The Australian National University;

(b) Canberra Institute of Technology;

(d) Australian Catholic University;

(e) University of Canberra.
