PUBLIC HEALTH (INFECTIOUS AND NOTIFIABLE DISEASES) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 27 OF 1993) - REG 8

    (a)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) “an infectious” and substituting “a”;

    (b)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) “is infected with” and substituting “has”;

    (c)     by omitting from paragraph (2) (a) “an infectious” and substituting “a”; and

    (d)     by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) “is infected with” and substituting “has”.
