PUBLIC HEALTH REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 1) - REG 36

    The chief health officer must appoint—

        (a)     as chairperson—a member of the ACT Cancer Society Incorporated (nominated by the society as a member of the management committee); and

        (b)     as deputy chairperson—another member of the management committee.
