PUBLIC HEALTH REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 1) - REG 37

    The chief health officer may terminate the appointment of a member—

        (a)     for misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity; or

        (b)     on written notice from the organisation who nominated the member.
